We call.
You close.
We build the list, find the right decision-makers, write the call strategy, make the calls, handle follow-up, qualify each opportunity, and book the meeting on your calendar. You take the meeting and close. You only pay when a qualified prospect actually shows up.
You take the meeting and close.
More dials will not fix bad targeting.
Most cold calling companies start with volume. They call a broad list, use the same pitch on everyone, and book whoever sounds slightly interested. You end up wasting time on meetings that should never have reached your calendar.
They call anyone who looks close enough
The list is broad because the caller gets paid to dial, not to figure out who is actually a good fit for your service.
They rush straight into the pitch
The prospect hears a memorized script before they have any reason to care about the conversation.
They book anyone who says maybe
Your calendar fills up, but the people on it are not serious, not qualified, or never show.
They leave you to sort out the mess
You still have to chase people, check whether they are a fit, and figure out what was said on the call.
We define who qualifies before we call
Before we call anyone, we agree with you on the exact type of company, decision-maker, and requirements a prospect needs to meet.
We build the list around your best buyer
We find the right companies and the decision-makers who are most likely to need what you sell.
We earn the conversation
We give them a clear reason for the call, ask short questions, and find out whether there is a real opportunity.
We hand you the meeting and the context
We follow up, book the call, and send you the notes. You show up knowing who you are speaking with and why.
You do not need to hire callers.
We run it for you.
You give us the offer. We build the calling engine.
We start by learning what you sell, which clients are worth the most to you, and who normally buys. Once we agree on the target and the qualification rules, we handle the work from there.
You tell us about the offer, your best clients, and what makes someone worth speaking with.
We find the companies and decision-makers that match what we agreed on.
We prepare the opener, the questions, the offer angle, and the answers to common objections.
We run the outreach, speak with prospects, record what they say, and keep following up when it makes sense.
When someone meets your rules and wants to talk, we book them on your calendar and send you the notes.
You can see what is happening.
You will know who we called, what prospects are saying, which meetings were booked, who showed up, and where the campaign needs work.
This works best when you already have a proven offer.
If you already sell the service, know what a good-fit customer looks like, and have room for more sales meetings, cold calling may be a fit. We check that with you before we launch anything.
- +You sell a proven service to other businesses
- +You know what your best customers have in common
- +We can identify and call the people who buy
- +You have room to take more sales meetings
- +You can close once the right prospect is in front of you
- −You are still trying to prove that people want the offer
- −You cannot clearly describe who is a good fit
- −The people who buy are difficult to identify or reach by phone
- −You cannot take or follow up with new meetings
- −You expect every qualified meeting to turn into a sale
Clear answers before you spend anything.
Before we call anyone, we agree on the rules with you. That might include the type of company, the size of the business, who we need to speak with, what problem they have, and anything else that matters to your sales process. If a prospect does not meet those rules, we do not count them as qualified.
You pay when a prospect meets the qualification rules and attends the meeting. If they do not show up, it is not a billable meeting.
At the start, we need your help to understand the offer, your best customers, and what makes a meeting worth taking. After that, we build the list, prepare the calls, run the outreach, follow up, qualify the prospect, and book the meeting. You take the sales call and close.
We do not jump into a long pitch the second someone answers. We tell them why we called, ask a few short questions, and see whether there is a real reason to keep talking. If there is not, we do not force it.
We work with B2B companies across the United States. We care less about the industry label and more about whether we can identify your buyers, reach them by phone, and make the numbers work for both of us.
Then we will tell you before you spend money on it. If your offer is not proven, we cannot identify or reach the people who buy, or you cannot take more sales calls right now, we will not push you into a campaign just to get you signed.
Tell us what
you sell.
We will look at your offer, who buys it, and how many meetings you can handle. Then we will tell you plainly whether cold calling makes sense.
